Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Please note we rarely ship physical products to physical locations as we are more of a service and development agency i.e we provide services and subscriptions rather than shipping physical products. However, time to time during any event, if we we do launch physical products to be shipped globally then we will follow one rule related to goods damaged or lost in transit –

1 . Damaged Products must be reported within 3 days from delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund claim. If reported to us within this 3 day period, we will investigate the matter and may need extra support and information from you. If found that the fault is ours, then we shall grant the refund, otherwise, it may be denied. Whatever the case may be, refunds for damaged goods worth more than INR 50000 / USD 606 would not be possible unless the user pays extra at the time of shipping for insurance against goods damaged or lost in transit.

2 . Refunds for shipping once approved, will take anything between 3 to maximum 15 days.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Saturday.
To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm Indian Standard Time.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Some orders cannot be shipped to certain remote locations or locations with heavy military posting or due to some unforeseen and unexpected events in certain areas.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
