WordPress and WooCommerce Website Core Speed Optimization with Amazon CloudFront CDN

1. Form Filling: The customer will fill out a project form providing information such as their name, company name, email, phone number, and website URL.
2. Initial Assessment: The agency will conduct an initial assessment of the customer's website to measure the current load time.
3. Optimization: The agency will use tools such as WP Rocket Pro plugin (pro license is Free for you to use for minimum 6 months or as long as you extend this service's extended maintenance plan. 6 months auto update and support is given for this plugin even if you don't continue with us.) or Any other caching plugin of your choice, Gzip compression, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Pro Image Optimization plugins,  and other best practices to optimize the website for speed like mobile speed optimization, Leverage browser caching; Database optimization; Minification of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML; Defer or asynchronously load non-critical scripts; etc..
4. Testing and Final Assessment: The agency will test the website again to measure the improvement in load time and make any final adjustments.
5. Maintenance: Regular maintenance will be provided to ensure the website continues to run quickly and efficiently.

This service is guaranteed to drive results and significantly increase your WordPress and WooCommerce website speed on the front end. We will use plugins from third party providers for which we have agency licenses and you can automatically update these from within your WP admin dashboard. This service guarantees you these plugin licenses free of cost for a minimum period of 6 months post which either you can opt for an extended maintenance plan for this service for a very minor fee or just buy the plugins yourself. 6 months of premium license with auto update will be given irrespective if you continue with us or not.

(D) 1 to 3 popular premium plugins absolutely free of cost to you for a maximum period 6 months irrespective if you continue with our service or not. The subscription to these plugins will continue to remain free if you subscribe to our speed maintenance package for a really low renewal 6 monthly recurring fee which can be cancelled at any time.

Excludes:

• Any task, customization, service or product outside of the scope of our work and WordPress Website speed optimization in this case.
• AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) implementation
• Cloudflare integration

Support and Maintenance and Thresholds:

• 30 days of free support after the project is completed.
• Extended Maintenance package options available.
• Only Image Optimization in particular, will be valid for maximum 5000 unique visits per month which is a lot for even large websites - beyond this you will have to subscribe for an additional US$ 7/month as per your needs. But, 5000 monthly visits is more than enough in almost all cases so this upgrade is required in a few high traffic websites. We will provide you a detailed report of the visits which you can also view from within your dashboard — this is also an added benefit as you get to monitor unique visits to your website and also potentially offload and broadcast your images from the CloudFront servers.

• At least 1 or 2 more popular premium plugins (names withheld due to our policy) absolutely free of cost to you for a minimum period of 6 months irrespective if you continue with our service or not.

• Use a Premium Content Delivery Network (CDN) like CloudFront CDN, etc. (free for you for min. 6 months and then as long as you opt for an extended maintenance plan for this service.
