What Happens After You Submit Your Request?

Bigtecha will review the information provided and determine the most appropriate next step. This may involve:

• preparing a one-time project quotation;
• recommending the Bigtecha Growth subscription;
• recommending the Bigtecha Scale subscription;
• requesting additional project information; or
• advising that the submitted project is not currently suitable for Bigtecha.

For Suitable One-Time Projects

Where a clearly defined one-time project is suitable, Bigtecha will prepare a written quotation containing the proposed scope, included deliverables, exclusions, estimated timeline, project fee, applicable tax treatment and payment schedule.

You will receive a secure link through which you can review the quotation, download its PDF, accept it, reject it or request changes.

After an accepted quotation has been processed, Bigtecha will create the applicable WooCommerce payment order and send you a secure checkout link. The project begins only after the required commencement payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

When a Managed Subscription May Be More Suitable

Bigtecha Growth or Scale may be recommended where the project involves continuing development, regular updates, maintenance, evolving requirements, extensive ecommerce operations or ongoing specialist assistance that cannot be safely contained within a fixed one-time scope.
