The amount entered represents your proposed budget for the work. It does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance of the project or every requested deliverable.

Complete the form, provide the requested information and attach or link to relevant materials.

For large files or extensive asset libraries, you may provide a properly accessible Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer or comparable file-transfer link.

Please confirm that shared links are accessible without requiring us to request additional permission.

Project review

We review the requested deliverables, proposed budget, deadline, supplied content, technical requirements and overall feasibility.

Submitting the form and placing the order creates a project request. It does not constitute automatic project acceptance.

Written acceptance and scope confirmation

If the project is accepted, we will confirm this in writing and identify the approved working scope.

The confirmation may address:

Intended output formats
Revision arrangements
Important exclusions or limitations

Work should not be assumed to have started until project acceptance has been communicated.

Design and review

We develop the work according to the approved direction and the information supplied in the project snapshot.

Where feedback or revisions are included, feedback should be consolidated and provided clearly. Conflicting instructions or fragmented feedback from multiple stakeholders may delay the project.

Finalisation and delivery

After the approved work has been finalised, the agreed files will be prepared and delivered in the formats confirmed for the project.

Pricing and approved project scope

Once a project is accepted, the confirmed project price applies to the approved scope.

We will not increase the confirmed price merely because work within that approved scope proves more demanding than initially expected.

However, the accepted price does not automatically cover:

Additional deliverables
New concepts introduced after approval
Additional sizes or platform adaptations
Replacement of previously approved content
Major changes in creative direction
Rebuilding work after approval
Additional revision rounds
Urgent or accelerated delivery not previously agreed
New production or technical requirements
Work resulting from incomplete or incorrect customer instructions

Any additional requirements will be discussed separately and will proceed only after further approval.

Project acceptance, cancellation and refunds

BigTecha reserves the right to decline a project when the proposed budget, requested scope, deadline, technical requirements or other circumstances make the project unsuitable or impractical.

If we decline the project before work begins, the amount paid for the declined project request will be refunded.

Once a project has been accepted or work has begun, cancellations and refunds will be governed by the confirmed project scope, the work already completed and the applicable BigTecha terms and refund policy.

Timelines, deadlines and revisions

Project timelines

You may provide a preferred start date and final deadline in the project snapshot. These dates are reviewed as part of the acceptance process and are not automatically guaranteed merely by submitting the order.

The working schedule may depend on:

Project complexity
Current availability
Receipt of complete content and assets
Customer response times
Feedback and approval time
Revision requests
Third-party dependencies
Printing or production requirements

The project timeline begins only after the project has been accepted and all essential materials required to begin have been received.

A delay in supplying content, answering questions or approving work may move the expected completion date.

Revisions and customer feedback

Revision arrangements vary according to the project and will be identified during scope confirmation.

A revision adjusts work within the agreed concept and brief. It does not necessarily include a completely new concept, substantially different style, replacement deliverable or change in the original project objective.

To keep the process efficient:

Combine feedback into one clear response wherever possible.
Obtain internal stakeholder approval before sending instructions.
Identify required corrections separately from optional preferences.
Avoid sending conflicting feedback through multiple channels.
Provide replacement text and assets in final form.

Material changes outside the approved direction may affect the schedule and may require an expanded project scope.

Final files, source files and third-party licences

Final output formats depend on how the design will be used. These may include suitable combinations of:

Not every project requires or includes every format.

Fonts, stock photographs, illustrations, templates, plugins and other third-party materials may be governed by separate licences. A licence owned by BigTecha or an individual designer may not automatically be transferable to the customer.

The customer may need to purchase an appropriate licence for continued independent use or editing of certain third-party assets.

Content, assets and customer responsibilities

Unless separately agreed, the customer is responsible for supplying:

Final written copy
Correct names, prices and contact details
Logos and brand materials
Product information
Required photographs
Legally required wording
Packaging declarations
QR-code destinations
Barcodes
Printing specifications
Trademark permissions
Necessary third-party licences

BigTecha is not responsible for inaccuracies contained in customer-supplied content that was reproduced according to the instructions provided.

Please review names, telephone numbers, URLs, prices, dates, legal wording and other factual information carefully during the approval process.

Design software and file compatibility

Our designers select professional software appropriate to the required deliverable. Depending on the project, this may include applications within Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and other suitable design tools.

If you require files to remain editable in a particular application, application version or production environment, state that requirement in the project snapshot.

Compatibility with a particular application or production system cannot be assumed unless it has been reviewed and included in the accepted scope.

Services not automatically included

Unless specifically accepted in writing, this graphic-design product does not include:
