Bigtecha’s managed website plans provide a practical way to design, develop and grow a professional WordPress website or WooCommerce store without paying the entire development cost upfront.

You begin through an affordable monthly subscription while Bigtecha handles the website’s design, development, technical configuration and ongoing improvements according to the selected plan and approved scope.

The important difference is that the website is built on portable, self-hosted WordPress and WooCommerce technology. You are not required to remain with Bigtecha indefinitely merely to keep the completed website operational.

Your Website Can Move With You

If you later decide to change hosting providers, developers or agencies, BigTecha can provide the transferable WordPress website files and database and assist with moving the website to another compatible hosting environment.

Handover requires only that the initial three-month subscription period has been completed and all outstanding payments have been settled. The three-month period begins when the contract starts and the first subscription payment is received. Website planning, design and development time is included within this period.

You can continue with Bigtecha for managed development and maintenance, move the website to your own hosting account, or appoint another qualified WordPress developer.

This portability is different from a hosted commerce-platform subscription, where the functioning store remains dependent on the platform’s proprietary hosted environment and an active platform account.

What Is Included in a Website Handover?

After the initial three-month subscription period has been completed and all outstanding payments have been settled, the website handover will include the applicable transferable materials, such as:

• The WordPress website files
• The website database
• Customer-owned content and uploaded media
• Reasonable migration assistance to a compatible hosting environment
• Coordination with the customer’s appointed hosting provider or WordPress developer

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, cloud services and other licensed products remain subject to their own licence and renewal conditions. Some services or premium functionality may therefore require replacement licences after leaving Bigtecha.

Choose the Appropriate Plan

Bigtecha Growth — $105 per month

Bigtecha Growth is suitable for most businesses, including professional service websites, informational websites and growing WooCommerce stores with ordinary ongoing design, product, content and functionality requirements.

Compared with Shopify Advanced’s listed $399 monthly platform price, the subscription-price difference is $294 per month or $3,528 over 12 months.

Bigtecha Scale — $199 per month

Bigtecha Scale is intended for projects requiring substantially heavier or more complex ongoing work. Typical examples include frequently changing product catalogues, advanced shipping logic, extensive translations, multi-currency operations, recurring data updates, custom automation and complex integrations.

Compared with Shopify Plus’s published starting platform price of $2,300 per month, the subscription-price difference is $2,101 per month or $25,212 over 12 months.

How the Subscription Works

1. Select Growth or Scale.
   Choose Growth plan for most business and ecommerce requirements or Scale plan for complex and high-workload operations.
2. Complete the short project snapshot.
   Tell us about the website’s purpose, intended features, useful references and preferred timing.
3. Bigtecha reviews the requirement.
   We review the selected plan and submitted information and contact you if the project requires clarification or a different scope.
4. Planning and development begin.
   The website structure, design, content requirements and technical setup are organised according to agreed priorities.
5. The website develops throughout the subscription.
   Work is scheduled according to the selected plan’s working capacity, technical dependencies and approved priorities.
6. Continue with Bigtecha or request a handover.
   After satisfying the applicable contractual conditions, you may continue using Bigtecha’s managed service or move the website to another compatible WordPress hosting environment.

Minimum Subscription Period and Website Handover

The initial minimum subscription period is three months from the contract commencement date, which is the date the first subscription payment is received.

Time spent planning, designing, developing, configuring and launching the website counts towards this three-month period. The three months do not begin only after the website has been completed.

Once the three-month minimum period has been completed and all outstanding payments have been settled, you may request handover of the transferable WordPress website files, database and customer-owned content.

If handover is requested before the three-month period has ended, the remaining subscription payments required to complete the initial three-month commitment, together with any other outstanding payments, must first be settled.

No Added Bigtecha Transaction Fee

Bigtecha does not charge an additional platform transaction fee on sales processed through your WooCommerce store.

Fees charged by payment processors, banks, currency-conversion providers and other third-party services still apply.

• Domain registration or renewal
• Hosting, cloud infrastructure or business-email charges unless expressly included

• Premium third-party licences or services not expressly included
• Unlimited development work or unlimited simultaneous requests
